Cancellation & Refund Policy

FULL REFUND

1. A student is eligible for a full refund if they have completed the first lesson of an instructor-led course but have not attended the second lesson yet.

2. A student is eligible for a full refund if they have not started or have completed the first and second lessons of the first chapter and have not yet started the third lesson of an online/self-paced session. 

70% REFUND

1. If a student attends the second lesson of an instructor-led course and has not yet attended lesson three, or has completed lesson three but has not yet started lesson four of the first chapter of an online/self-paced session, they will be eligible for a 70% refund.

NO REFUND

1. "No refund will be issued if the student has surpassed the refund criteria mentioned above."

EXCEPTIONS

1. If the decision to withdraw from after they have surpassed the refund criteria mentioned above is due to circumstances beyond the student’s control (such as ill-health, accident, death or other related circumstances), with verifiable documentation , students will be allow to re-enroll in a later class once their emergency has ended without refund.

POSTPONING A CLASS

This policy only applies to instructor-led courses. A student is allowed to postpone their scheduled classes if this request is made prior to completing the second chapter.
